I think underneath the ocean surface there are a lot of currents each of these currents you can grasp with a windmill kinda construction the water turbulent will be thrusted through for windmill kind of turbines and when these meant Mills are spinning when electricity is being processed this you can find more easily I think in between two Islands or Atlanta or a small passage to from the ocean like the passage between the Middle East and the passage in Panama
